Project scope

The project included three distinct sites. The Global Portal directed users to the correct product based on their country, while the Marketing Site highlighted benefits and fees for Australian customers. The Internal Portal focused on providing a streamlined interface for existing users to log in and top up their cards.

Main objectives

The main goal was to improve the user experience across all devices, increase top-up conversion rates, and effectively communicate key product features, such as locked-in exchange rates and multi-currency functionality.

The visual design emphasised trust, convenience, and global connectivity for a cohesive experience:

Typography

A clean sans-serif typeface ensured readability across devices, with bold headers emphasising benefits like multi-currency support and account management.

Color Palette

A professional palette invoked trust, accented by vibrant teal and orange to highlight calls to action.

Imagery

Images of global destinations created an emotional connection with the target audience.

Modular Layout:

A flexible, modular design maintained consistency across regional sites while accommodating localised content.
